WHAT'S YOUR LIFE WORTH?: The Downside of Drug Dealing (L. A. True Crime Files Book 15)

Many people spend much of their life looking for ways to make easy money. In America the most popular way to strike it rich is by going into the narcotics/drug business. Even professional people are tempted to pursue this lucrative cash driven business. One of the side benefits is that you don’t have to pay TAXES.
What most people don’t realize is there are significant pitfalls that aren’t factored in when setting up a drug business. This book is about three astute business men forming a dope business which was to transport high quality drugs from Los Angeles to the high demand market in New York City. These guys had figured out how to effectively transport drugs across the country without getting caught and having the drugs confiscated.

Their idea was to hide the drugs in the undercarriage of an RV and have young women drive the RV across the country. This was an absolute foolproof way to avoid detection by law enforcement.

However, even perfect plans may have unforeseen flaws. In this case, a state trooper pulled over the RV since its registration tag wasn’t up to date. As a result, the dope was detected and confiscated. Thus began an internal fight between the drug partners themselves as to who should suffer the $400,000 loss. The partners in New York wanted the Los Angeles partner to repay that amount which they had sent him to purchase the narcotics.

The Los Angeles partner claimed he didn’t owe anything since he had completed his part of buying and transporting the dope to NY. This book tells the story as to how the New Yorkers sent a hit man crew to Los Angeles to recover the $400,000. You, the True Crime reader, have the unique opportunity to see how the hit men tried to take care of the dispute in a professional manner. Unfortunately, it all ended in the death of two innocent people.

What was so fascinating about this case was how it was solved in the most mysterious ways. If you like the wild side of True Crime, you will find this book full of surprises that no one could have anticipated.
